Terms and conditions

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not have fixed dates. You may choose when to use them by contacting the hotel via email at premiere@premiereabano.it or by phone at +39 049 667755.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part. Redemption is always subject to availability and may not be possible during public holidays or peak periods.

Once your stay has been booked, any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, or in case of no-show, the voucher will be considered as used.

Vouchers are transferable to third parties. Please inform the hotel at the time of booking; the voucher simply needs to be presented upon arrival.
